Try connecting to a remote node. To do this, go to settings > go to Daemon Mode > select remote Daemon > type the address -> Type Port number List of Remote nodes: address: doopool.xyz Port number: 22020 address: pool.loki.hashvault.pro Port number: 22023 address: daemons.cryptopool.space Port number: 22023 address: node.supportloki.com Port number: 22023 address: node.loki-pool.com Port number: 18081

The Price is still low for Loki. Do you think we will get up soon?

Definitely yes. I recommend you to keep mining (if you are miners and have rigs), or keep holding (if you are investors and have LOKI in your portfolio). Simply forget current price, current low volume, they almost mean nothing.

I have difficulties running the wallet gui in Windows 7 x64 Intel system. I run it as administrator but it keeps on stopped working. Are there people here experiencing the same thing running the wallet? Haven't experienced this in other QT wallet. Here's the logs generated after it fails to load.
2018-07-26 20:53:24.233 6224 INFO logging contrib/epee/src/mlog.cpp:185 New log categories: *:WARNING,net:FATAL,net.p2p:FATAL,net.cn:FATAL,global:INFO,verify:FATAL,stacktrace:INFO,logging:INFO,msgwriter:INFO 2018-07-26 20:53:46.144 6224 WARN net.http src/common/util.cpp:670 Failed to determine whether address '' is local, assuming not
It might be your windows defender that is causing the problem. Kindly create an exception for lokid.exe. Follow the guide here: http://telegra.ph/Loki-GUI-Wallet-05-05. Hope this helps! I've done this i have no luck in running the wallet. It still won't really go through. I wonder if there are logs generated aside from that which is informative so i can test it's compatibility in my Windows 7 system. I'm using an old, Dell Core 2 Duo optiplex mini tower pc to run that. It might be the performance of my PC causing the issue.

In case someone is also searching for any kind of remote nodes list (which must be in this thread, better in OP):
address: doopool.xyz Port number: 22020
address: pool.loki.hashvault.pro Port number: 22023
address: daemons.cryptopool.space Port number: 22023
address: node.supportloki.com Portnumber 22023
Though I have checked only doopool.xyz.

Come mine LOKI with us at cryptonote.social: https://cryptonote.social/lokiOur pool uses a predictable solo mining payment scheme, the goal of which is to provide an entire block's reward to a miner as soon as it computes a number of hashes equal to network difficulty. Of course it's impossible to provide any such guarantee given that mining is a random process: for pure solo mining the network difficulty reflects only the average number of hashes you might have to perform. The actual number can be 2x, 3x, 4x or even more, making solo mining far too risky for most. The good news is that through leveraging the mining power of multiple miners, we can come pretty close to this ideal of awarding 1 full block's reward when number of hashes equals difficulty. Ethpool was the first pool to promote this concept, and it works quite well judging by its popularity: it contributes well over 2 TH/s of hashpower to the Ethereum network (see https://miningpoolstats.stream/ethereum). We've been experimenting with predictable solo mining for cryptonote coins like Loki, Monero and Wownero for some time now. In the process, we've identified room for improvement in Ethpool's PSOLO scheme, and have implemented an updated payment scheme we call PSOLO2. The main difference with PSOLO2 is a full block's reward always "costs" exactly the network difficulty value instead of the number of credits from the runner-up miner. This improves predictability of payouts and eliminates some of the known flaws in Ethpool's scheme. Interested in giving predictable solo mining a shot without a big investment of hashpower? We recommend you first check out our Wownero pool: https://cryptonote.social/wowThe network difficulty for Wownero is right around 80M, which means you can mine a full block's rewards in about 2 hours with 10 kh/s of hashpower. In fact as of right now there are 2 mined blocks already confirmed and sitting in the queue waiting for any miner to hit the network difficulty target and instantly earn their rewards. Happy mining!

I installed some visual c++ packs missing from my windows 7 system that has recently been formatted. I completely forget about those runtime. Now i can run the Gui wallet by following the low graphics call command. Now i can store and mine some Loki's.
