I do not think it's late. Even now, you are lucky to have the opportunity to own bitcoin or ETH at very low prices. That means, we all have the opportunity to succeed and be rich like them. Just buy and be patient to hold them when the recovery and development of the market come back. Hold will help us benefit and profit growth is high.

for me the newbies were not late but because they were time to make a better change to its fore. although at the moment there is little price reduction that will put them at risk, but we must stay positive and keep learning new things and the bitcoin trends that will always help newbies to make better returns.

Not too late. And it will not happen. People come to cryptocurrency every day and one of them. Buy bitcoin and use them to buy altcoin. When altcoin goes up, sell them. You will benefit with bitcoin. Lots of altcoin at their cheap value. But be aware of pumps and coins and do not use your emotions in trading. When you lose money in trading, see where you make mistakes and learn from them. Losing money in trading is normal. You will eventually survive and have many advantages soon. Good luck.

There are lots of newbie to Member here who I think that is earning more that what I am, so happy for them, maybe they have the courage in doing some trading which I cannot really do as of today, am just still a bit newbie in trading as I cannot find time to do it for a longer time so just holding some coins right now.

There are many people on this forum that says bitcoin is already at a cheap rate. But what if the value will go down again. But nevertheless it is never too late to invest on bitcoin. And it is never too late to to some research and understand how it works. It is never to late to earn and so if you will invest in bitcoin make sure to sell it only if you already have a positive profit and hold if you have a negative profit or a little profit at all.

Thats right, Bitcoin have gone too low since December. During its ATH it nearly reaches 20,000 dollar or even 20k in other exchanges. Now, its 6,000 more than a third of its price. Its a good time to buy now in my opinion too, its cheap. Once this recovers,  it will reach another new heights.
