It doesn't matter if we are still in the bear market because bear market is equal to a good entry in the market since most of the altcoins are on a dump and if you have some patience to spend then just buy now and use those patience and wait for the market to recover and have a reverse and start a bull market and just smile and watch your profits to grow.

that is only true for those people who want to start short term trading. and let me tell you that not everyone is willing or capable of doing that. the risk of using these non-regulated exchanges which can run away or get hacked at any moment is enough to keep a lot of people from day trading and just want to invest long term.

I believe it is not yet too late. Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies is just starting. It haven't even made its way to penetrate the market. I'm sure that there will still be a long way for bitcoin. It will still undergo fluctuation but it will surely recover.

Coins are very promising all you do to read more and learn how to trade tokens or coins here. It will not be too late as long as you're here because bitcoin always depends on the world of crytocurrency

I think that you must need to learned more  about the crypto currencies, and some users here in bitcoin regret on what they did after they baught a bitcoin. As for myself I also experienced that. So I learned from it, that time whenever I do some decisons about buying butcoin I think  first, if what will happen if i buy bitcoin. Aslo I thought that bitcoin will end, because of its price is decreasing, I thought that I made a mistake buying a bitcoin, Its not became my hindrance to stop for me in knowing bitcoin. I read and read until I learn when and how to buy bitcoin without regrets anymore. In adition its not to late to buy bitcoin, bitcoin price are changing always, think positive always and goodluck.

I think the OP should makes clear that does he has the passion in this market, want to earn profits from it because Bitcoin is not for people that only want to make money from it. It contains knowledges , experiences and many things else to gain if you want to do it good.
