C - CEX scam?

who will tell the stock exchange is already scam or not? a site like it worked yet, but people are worried!

do not even think to mess with
20k $ for more than 2 months do not return, they just use my money, technical support does not answer anything, just pulls out their answers. Their departments do not even know what they are writing. So some say that they solved the problem, but the next day already there. Do not waste your money and nerves.

I could go to the site of the exchange, through the opera, it seems everything is fine, but often the site just hangs, so it's dangerous to make money out of it.
