You can't (yet) because you are still a Newbie.

You need to be at least Jr. Member or pay to become a Copper Member. Then, just use this:

Once you upload photo, then hover of the picture with your mouse and you'll get the link to pop up on the top right.  Click on Get Share Links.  Then click copy on BBCode Forums (or simply click on the Copy button next to the link, or highlight link and click copy, or Ctrl C).

They can't even post a normal shared link that you must click to open/view?

Upload a photo on free picture hosting sites like photobucket

Get the URL of the picture

And then find this button https://prnt.sc/ijmwqk

You will see something like this

Now say this is your Img URL http://i1356.photobucket.com/albums/q728/digitaltrainees/SEO-1-min-750x350_zps85y0vyid.png

This is what you do...

Did you noticed the Img URL in between
