I vote for Deep onion. DeepOnion is an anonymous cryptocurrency that is natively integrated with the TOR network which enables you to send and receive the payments anonymously and hide your identity. 
It is integrated with Obfs4 public key obfuscation protocol on top of the tor network, its purpose is to hide the message content protocol details so all traffic appears to be random traffic.

Are you kidding right? On which planet in Solar system highly centralized token Ripple is privacy coin? 

I am not technical expert but I do prefer Monero. Zec is somehow compromised cause of premine. But for all of them it's going to be hard times as soon as mimblewimble is close to release in main net of Bitcoin

I used to root for Digital Note (XDN) for a while, till the devs pretty much abandoned the project. Then I switched to Monero.
Lately I've been reading a bit about PIVX, so I might have a 50/50 split between XMR and PIVX in my portfolio in the near future.

Monero is the NO. 1 I would say. Privacy in this field is really important considering that cryptocurrencies were also created to be fully anonymous. Privacy shouldn't be taken irresponsibly.

Its privacy,
Mobile number is only used to create an account but no one can find your wallet address using that mobile number.
if you think that it is linked with mobile number and can be traced then all wallet installed in a system can also be traced using IP address.

mobile number has nothing to do with that

Moneo is the best, but for me i was using zcash instead of monero itself with zksnarks and remember ethereum has implemented zksnarks update to the platform and there will be an update from zcash developer like zkstarsk in the future.

IMO still monero, zcash & zcoin are the safest invesment privacy coin. cause it is on top 100 market cap list, huge community, so many excahnger market and I think had a good development to. but  I always keep my eyes on a low cap privacy coin like intense coin ( ITNS ), zoin and DERO, for me they are have a great potential.
