Hi all,
I am new and slowly starting to understanding the cryptos. I have been reading about Telegram ICO. Are their tokens going to listed as Ton or GRAM? There is also mention that they might have another presale. Does anyone know where I can buy from? And hopefully no one will send me a scam site. I have already seen some before.

It is a common myth that Bitcoin is ruled by a majority of miners. This is not true. Bitcoin miners "vote" on the ordering of transactions, but that's all they do. They can't vote to change the network rules.

I just read on the Telegram ICO thread and everyone asking and no one can answer. How can they get 850mil and not have an official site??

The funding is raised completed via private investment, it doesn't looks a good ICO investment at all if any.
However, we can expect a good catch post couple of days of listing.
