Etheropoly was designed to bring a competitive edge to cryptocurrency by offering a platform that will bring friends, family and lovers of classic board games together.

Etheropoly, players will receive a starter home with the character of their choosing to begin their life in game. Additional vehicles, properties, garages, pets and add-on items can be purchased to increase respect and other stats. Players also have the option of working different jobs, attend school, workout at the gym, as well as other places to earn in game currency and experience to enhance their character.
Our Motivation
Our idea begin with a group of playing a classic game on console. After a few hours of gameplay while discussing the current state of cryptocurrency, we came up the concept with the impression that this would be a great platform for the crypto community.
Given all of the scams that have negatively impacted the cryptocurrency in recent months, we believed that we should offer a fun and exciting platform to bring positive vibes and purpose to the crypto community.

The problem and our solution
The general public has been mislead by media outlets (controlled by government and corporations whose sole object is to prevent people from thriving from and becoming financial independent via cryptocurrency) causing confusion and slowing down the adoption of cryptocurrency. Others have launched scam "lending platforms" promising riches, attracting thousands of people (most times, gullible and misinformed) to invest in their platform, only to lose their cryptocurrency in the end.
Cryptocurrency is more than just a digital asset that provides the means that allow people to transfer value without a centralized party. Cryptocurrency has shown the world that technology is advancing and is accessible for anyone who wants to take part. Etheropoly is another means to display the capabilities of blockchain technology, simultaneously bringing classic board fun and competitiveness to an emerging era of technology. We will show seasoned and newcomers to cryptocurrency that blockchain technology is here to stay and can be used in meaningful ways, providing an positive vibes to all to enjoy.
Where can Etheropoly be used?
Etheropoly is an ERC-20 token designed to be the in game currency of our platform. It is transferrable just as any other Ethereum token and is compatible with all Ethereum wallets.
Etheropoly will be listed on reputable exchanges, both centralized and decentralized. Our smart contracts for both the token and platform were designed to be secure and have been audited and will be re-audited to ensure safety before the launch of the ERC-721 platform launch.

Although majority of the coding for our smart contracts and web platform are complete, there are other costs such as server expenses and further development needed to launch a 100% safe, strong and functional platform.
