They won't provide any bounty. Telegram already has enough popularity to collect enough money for its ico.
Bounty hunters upset...

I don't think that bounty hunters is upset. Telegram will colletc 0.5-1 milliard dollars. They will never give 1 or 2% for bounty pool. Only 300-500 millions $ for a lot of hunters

I think they just don't need bounty at all. Because they don't need advertisement. This is the same like to advertise instagram or facebook.  
Even if they will have bounty they will give it to world top bloggers or famous persons.

Believe it or not, Facebook and Instagram aside, even Google is advertising. When using Chrome you don't encounter it. I haven't encountered an ad at all for sometime now. (Oh, right! Adblock )

But yeah, they don't need bounty, not at all...

Yeah, i think that they will not start bounty too. Durov`s stuff is the so great popular things, so it will be difficult to offer any useful help, and i read about that ico will be only for so serious investors, although the information may not be correct because its not official one.

Bounty campaign is definitely not worth waiting for. Telegram admits the rejection of the public ICO and is ready to limit itself to two closed investment rounds among qualified investors.

The ICO has emerged in our private community in December 2017.
We refused the project after reading the whitepaper and knowing the team carefully.
We found the project has no actual commercial connection with the real telegram app
which we use daily.
That will be a discount for the project.
U guys should be careful if you wanna invest the ICO.

I do not think they will start bounty anymore and I know about ico is only for serious investors, although the information is still confusing. chances are ICO will only sell privately, not publicly

Bounty for the TON is not necessary, they will collect enough money, and people will be looking to give them money
