What locked? Because i never heard it before. Is your account got banned? Or you lost access to your account?
If you got banned then nothing you can do with it, but if you lose your access then try to check this Thread.

Did you enter your email address correctly (active email address)? ...
Remember, email address must be in active state
If everything you still remember please click Forgot your password

I don't understand what you mean by locked account. Is they banned your account? Why are you waiting for it? You may start a new account. That's easier than to catch up old account.

If you still remember with your email which you used to register in this forum "bitcointalk.org" so that you can recovery your account by follow the step by step. Or you can asking for help to the moderators for it, you can find the step how to recover your account in one of forum there but I'm sorry I can't give you the link sources of that. In my mind, if your account locked that's because you make bad post or not qualify post before or we can call it spam post.
