@Plenk did you get it to work? what does your config file look like (without real addresses)

It only works with a statik ip!

I had to rent a server with a fix ip address here on Register Here!!! to get my masternode up and running !!

The more Ram you rent the more Masternodes you can run!!
with a GB you can run 3 Masternodes on the server!

I did the whole thing with several instructions from the internet but for me as a windows user it was anything but easy!
Server runs only with Linux!

tutorial if you want to solve it like me the windows the Masterwallet operates and the masternode runs on the server!
Tutorial from the Net

masternode should be out....am still waiting on how to set up can u help

Sorry but thats all i know!!!
I do it like that, and it runns!!

How did you manage control it over vps. I have bought server from vultr but I have no idea how to get this all running there. Any advice?

People!!!

Not the DEV make the price, but the community.
We have a running masternode we have a running wallet.
For trading, we are listed at an exchanger.
The network with multiple pools and currently increasing hash rate is also running perfectly.

Why do you need the DEV Huh
Have you ever talked to Bitcoin DEV Huh?

Sorry! i dond can give you a better step by step!!!
I needed 3 days for it myself.
Since I'm not a Linux user, I did it with the help of google.

To configure your linux for masternode you must install many programms
Update your linux first.
that are the commands for it!
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get upgrade

But you can find any problem you have with google and ther are always solutions

--- EDIT : Fix found by community, for the no source for blocks !
Close wallet
add this to brofist.conf :
Quote
addnode=5.23.54.111:11113
addnode=5.23.52.56:11113
addnode=5.23.52.11:11113
addnode=188.225.86.206:11113
addnode=176.57.208.151:11113
addnode=176.57.208.60:11113

There was one of the typical dash-fork netsplits - now on this coin.

One of the 5er ips is buggy and needs to be removed from your config!

addnode=5.23.52.56
addnode=5.23.54.111
addnode=176.57.208.60
addnode=176.57.208.151
addnode=188.225.86.206

THIS is the list of nodes, which are on the right chain.

I have a few stable nodes more:

80.64.131.241
80.64.131.242
80.64.131.243

Many nodes are stuck on Block 19002 - which is wrong.
At time of writing actual running chain is on block 19123+

Graviex is on the right chain right now.

If your wallet or master nodes cannot sync, please update your wallet and block chain from this github.

Dear All,

Now, we are able to observe that many of masternodes (over 100 masternodes) are on the WRONG chain that masternodes don't pay out, and require "new start required".
The most important thing is to get everybody on the right chain.

How to repair your masternodes:
1. Close your BroFist wallet.
2. Delete everything from the folder <USER_FOLDER>\AppData\Roaming\BroFistCore (for windows),
   EXCEPT wallet.dat, brofist.conf, masternode.conf and backup folder.
   Be extremely careful not to delete wallet.dat, or you may loose all your coins.

3. Then you need to add nodes that are 100% sure on the right chain to your brofist.conf file :
Code:
maxconnections=80
addnode=80.64.131.230
addnode=5.23.52.56
addnode=5.23.54.111
addnode=176.57.208.60
addnode=176.57.208.151
addnode=188.225.86.206

Please don't make maxconnections number higher than 80, or you might desync again.
4. Open your BroFist wallet again.

Hope we can work together.
Cheers

The lastest addnode in brofist.conf
Code:
maxconnections=80
addnode=159.203.186.24
addnode=207.148.119.112
addnode=45.63.115.225
addnode=104.168.87.183
addnode=93.170.131.117
addnode=212.237.25.226
addnode=176.62.67.25
addnode=173.212.201.123
addnode=176.114.6.155
addnode=45.32.24.168
addnode=216.187.82.74
addnode=139.99.107.2
addnode=198.13.62.66
addnode=213.110.122.225
addnode=78.30.222.136
addnode=185.209.20.54
addnode=51.15.216.180
addnode=139.99.96.105
addnode=185.148.39.82
addnode=46.149.182.41
addnode=167.99.137.60
addnode=192.158.30.131
addnode=108.61.176.212
addnode=62.173.154.245
addnode=45.32.112.230
addnode=176.107.251.45
addnode=195.95.253.167

Now, there are 88 nodes in "NEW_START_REQUIRED".
This reduces from 100 nodes on yesterday.

There are people report the high cpu load (20%-25%) issue of brofist64-qt.
so please use brofist32-qt (win32) instead.
