Too bad you  have to go through it.I do feel sorry for your situation.I usually don't fall for stuff like this but you sound genuine. Please send me your address either bitcoin/DGB,I'll sponsor food for you and your kid for 2-3 days.

Please post your concerns in their thread here : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1696880.0 As you see, they have already tagged as a shady casino by a reputable member of the forum and you should have avoided them at the first place.

Just wondering why did you take screen-shot of the win ? If it;s true that they suspended your account without giving you an explanation, you don't have to give up just yet.

Leaving the profile here for DT members to leave ratings until the issue is resolved : https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=924703

DO NOT USE WEAK PASSWORDS, ENABLE 2FA SECURITY. This message was announced lots of times, but who cares.
No-one follow this rule and just set 12345678 password becoming a fresh target for the hackers.
At the end, the player accuses the website and administration, while he is responsible for protecting his account.

It's a standard procedure to lock players account while the access is lost. User provides his email address, we sent new password and unlock his account.
Due to busy schedule, I haven't unlock the account and I apologize for the delay. You can access your account now.

I'm sorry that this happened to you. In 99% cases it's impossible to follow the hacker due to the VPN services and TOR.

You're password can be considered weak if:

1.you only use words that can somehow be found in a dictionary, or any other word catalog..
2.you don't use any special characters, numbers, and at the very least a variation of upper-case or lower case letters..
3.your password is less than 12 - 16 characters,..
4. you used the same password in any other site or app.

If you did none of those, then there is still a chance you got phished. And without any 2FA..it just makes things easier for someone to hijack your account, sadly Embarrassed
There will always be people monitoring gambling sites, especially the High roller tabs, waiting for easy targets.

and if i may ask, were you using the mobile version of the site before you lost access to your account and before your funds got withdrawn?

P.S. keep your devices secured too..not just your accounts  Sad

Hello, I understand your frustration regarding your loss, you were attended to in our support in less than 5 minutes and was informed about the transactions held in your account at the same time. Unfortunately after the transactions are processed and recognized by the network, there is no way to recover, we all know how things work.

We have security warnings on our site, directing on the need to activate 2FA, after all we are dealing with money, all security is little for thieves on duty hunting the opportunity.

When a user does not enter a password, an email address and does not activate 2FA, he takes the risks on his account. In moments like this it is very easy, to accuse the site, the administrators and all the team, but at any moment we stop to take care of him and guide him. I wish you and your family a lot of health and that you can achieve your goals.

I'm sorry that you had to go through this.

Firstly you shouldn't have ever gambled to try to support your family. It'll just lead to more gambling at the end of the day, you'll probably develop a bad habit/addiction and in the end, you will gain nothing but losses.

But the problem here isn't that. You won, and somehow you got logged off. Luckygames is a shady casino which has had a track record of being quite untrustworthy. But even if it's an insider job, there is really nothing you can do to prove to them that it's one of their own guys that did it. They can easily claim a hacker or something like that.

Next time, use a more legitimate site if you are to gamble, and enable 2fa. Unless luckygames becomes super generous with you, you ain't seeing that money back  Cry

According to the logs, your account was compromised on 2018-01-22 20:46:09 from ip 196.196.244.45.
Someone logged into your account right after 1 failed password attempt.

2018-01-22 20:46:09 - 196.196.244.45 - Incorrect username, email or password
2018-01-22 20:46:11 - 196.196.244.45 - Wrong captcha
2018-01-22 20:46:17 - 196.196.244.45 - You have been signed in.

Probably he might know your password somehow: your PC or browser was infected; you used the same password on other website; your password was weak.

Then he was waiting for a big deposit to cash it out.

His last login was on 2018-02-23 20:20:40 from 85.229.54.58.

I suppose he knew that you are going to deposit big amount, because he logged right before your 3 deposit transactions:

2018-02-23 23:17:00 - 1000.00000000 DGB
2018-02-23 23:23:00 - 4000.00000000 DGB
2018-02-23 23:26:00 - 10000.00000000 DGB

... or he didn't know about the deposits and was checking your account.

On 2018-02-23 23:29:57 he changed the password from ip 85.229.54.58, exchanged DGB to BTC and withdrawn BTC to 3NZnzU9xEc9B5KeZL3yxZTaQKtCULEVwHE.

Scan your PC for viruses, don't use third-party javascripts/bots, generate new password using any password generator.

If you don't set up 2fa they can always say that your account got hacked because weak security. And you can't really prove otherwise to them, because no matter how strong a password is, technically it still could be guessed.

And for better or for worse, they won't refund any 'hacked accounts' of course. If it was an inside job, what proof do you have?

Otherwise, you could easily log in from another location or use a VPN/proxy to access your account on their site and claim that you have been hacked, and get a refund every single time.

Good to hear that you are quitting gambling, though. Especially, luckygames.io. Their account is given a red trust for a reason.

Am I the only one wondering if the website owner is the only one responsible behind the back ? He would have access to the user's password and once he realised someone made a huge profit,he instantly logged in to the account and transferred money back.Since the casino we are talking about is involved in numerous shady activities, there are more chances they doing this to a lot of customers.

It's a possibility. But, "hacks " like this happen in other websites too(especially in gambling sites). It's not that hard to believe that there really are just a shitload of asshole out there lurking..who can steal your funds if you just give them the chance. And not making use of the full security options a site has to offer to protect your account..that just makes you an easy target. Undecided
