You should have at least one staked bitcoin address and need to sign a message from it in order for an admin to be able to recover your accounts.
If you have the answer for your secret question, if you have set one you can try with that. This way you need also access to the email attached to that account.
If you have nothing of the above I don't think you can recover your account as recovering accounts in other ways is not Theymos priority.
