It can be calculated easily by anyone.
1: What's block size?
2: What's block time?
3: What's an average tx size?

1 kb tx size, 30 seconds block time, 1mb block size means;
1mb / 1kb * 30 secs = 33 TPS.

WAVES claims to have the (current) highest TX per second at 100 per second. Not sure whether that's truly the largest/fastest, but it definitely beats BTC and ETH hands down.

Nice math,
but where to find data for average tx size?

I recently joined a telegram group of Ziliqa and say they have developed a very high performace chain that is even more than WAVES or others.

Anyone maybe compiled some chart or comparison list
that shows coins Transactions per second ?

example

There's a reason why these coins aren't used much, it's because they are slow. They should make websites that rank the most fastest coin.

That is kind of fun... Have I just read that these coins are not used much because they are slow? You mean, Bitcoin is not used much? Nor Ethereum?

There are so many new coins about now promising that they can reach very very high TPS, credits ICO sold out and they're claiming they will reach 1 million TPS, their alpha reportedly achieved 200k+ but the source code is yet to be released. 1 million compared to 7.6 is really quite absurd.

Bitcoin will for sure increase tps in near future
with many scaling options.

There aren't stable numbers for TPS!
Now, for example; The transactions per second for Ethereum = 7.2 TPS

Not stable offcourse,
but this is maximum it can handle per second at the moment.

True, but it shows both Transactions last 24h and Transactions avg. per hour, you can calculate TPS from them if I'm not wrong.

86400 seconds in a day, 3600 seconds in an hour Wink

This is average, and atm,
but I am looking here for maximum potential that network can handle.

Examples:
At the moment tps for BTC is 2.52     but max is  ~  7.6
ETH is 8          but max is  ~ 15
                             B.Cash is 0.222   but max is  ~ 24

The actual limit today is probably way lower. The actual limit in future is probably way higher. This is not some magic constant like Bitcoin's 1MB.

Really looking forward to confirmed stress tests like the one Collin himself mentioned in February Crypro Lark Video this month.
