In this series of top crypto coins comparisons, forgive my English please for I am not a trained writer, nor a English language expert or even graphics expert, but I am a crypto and block chain treasure hunter (Technology Hunter). I am going to introduce a long hidden, huge crypto gem in Bitcoin family related coin BTX (a Germany / European Technology), which is known as Bitcore (
http://bitcore.cc, the website up and running, and new website is under construction for better presentation and contents. bitcore.cc/faq for help questions) which is a hybrid that cloned the bitcoin code, but re-engineered the code to be much faster and better in transaction volume than the whole BTC family combined.(Bitcoin BTC, Bitcoin cash BCH, Bitcoin Gold BTG and Bitcoin Diamond BTCD).
On top of this, they are improving the code for mass adoption of fiat exchange and automated teller machine transactions. I personally tried the transaction and within seconds it appeared for confirmation (Please try it also).The receiving of transactions is fast and efficient with low transaction fees. Currently I understand Bitcore BTX is used in Australia (Reference :
http://www.livingroomofsatoshi.com). The daily transaction volume it can handle is amazing. The BTX fees, even if the transaction volume increases, will be kept affordable and cheaper than some of the current cryptocurrency leaders.

As cryptocurrency holders, most of us, if not all, have encountered situations where BTC transactions are stuck and not reflected in BTC block chain, and the worst thing is the high fees.~It takes more than 20 minutes to get confirmation or even longer and the transaction is still not completed.Even worse is when there is a price drop and you can’t buy or sell your cryptocurrencies in time due to transaction delays or lapses or cryptocurrency wallet maintenance. Likewise, the Ethereum network is faster on normal days and when it’s congested it faces similar issues with no transactions created like the recent popular Cryptokitties case running on the Ethereum Network which clogged the entire Ethereum blockchain network, and other cases like not enough gas, not enough gwei or high gas fees. BTC is the largest market capitalization whereas Ethereum is the second most common used for cryptocurrency pairs. Ethereum’s blockchain primarily supports Dapps based on Ethereum’s smart contracts, also supporting the creation of token sale ICOs and related tokens, and ether is also striving to match Visa or Mastercard payment volume and speed daily, which it might do in a few years. However, Ethereum (Ether or ETH) price and bitcoin prices have become very high for normal transactions. It can go from a few USD to tens of dollars, even to hundreds of dollars, and for ethereum it even needs to resend.
We also have cryptocurrencies like LTC, NEO, QTUM, ETP, EOS, ADA, XLM, Rchain, Achain, Dragon Chain and Stratis. Some others which have huge potential and use different technologies, cases and business models.Litecoin has BTC code legacy although the transaction is much faster and they are working on lightning network and atomic swap.Bitcoin might however have scaling issues even with Segwit.
Some of the blockchains used are fast including where the Internet of things (IOT) is concerned., For IOT we have IOTA and XRB, but the psychology as to whether they are accepted as trusted technology, and this is proven under large transaction volume. Bitcoin and eEhereum have proven themselves in terms of reliability during transaction. Guess what, the cryptocurrencies exchanges makes a lot from transaction fees and also the miners who helped in proof of work when they deploy their mining machine. The huge profits and revenues for the miners which they control majority of the mining pools make them reluctant for Segwit which makes the transaction much faster and cheaper and have more transaction volume.
The worst thing would be BTC or ETH dominates the cryptocurrencies pairs and luckily NEO and LTC and some other cryptocurrencies started to show up. But why BTX? because Bitcoin is proven for immutability in the open ledger and transparency, and BTX happens to be super undervalued. The reasons are below. So when BTC increase in price, people are happy, when BTC drop drastically in prices even ether goes down then people are unhappy. And what about serious price fluctuations and speculations? Yes, Bitcoin and even Ethereum is branded and proven maybe not in speed but at least secured and immutably distributed ledger. I personally believe this trend will change pretty soon with more competing cryptocurrencies trading pairs apart from BTC and ETH pairs.
Bitcore BTX On average 48 million transactions per day and working on few times faster or estimated 555 per seconds, currently is super fast transaction speed if you transfer. The transfer speed for BTX can also work on and upgrade to few times faster if needed as cryptocurrencies transaction rises.

It is reported that 4 percent of bitcoiners controls the bitcoin market, and less than 1 percent of bitcoin cash holders controls bitcoin cash, and BTX is better in terms of more distributed mass adoption and decentralization if you see the chart below.

Upon some on detailed comparisons above, the Bitcore (BTX) technical specifications is more superior, at least much more superior than Bitcoin Cash BCH, and BCH is at least 2000 USD per digital coin at the time of writing whereas bitcoin is at least 10000 USD per digital coin.
2018 is a very exciting year. As BITCORE BTX is planning massive improvements in technology.
I Would Not be Surprised if Bitcore BTX rises above 3000USD to 5000 USD per coin and above within this year among the new BTC forks (BTX is hybrid Fork btw please refer to above), and even increase to 50 to 100USD overnight for a start is not surprising as the mass adoption and technology advancement to connect to the world’s merchants is coming with Insight API (

As Bitcore BTX’s technical specification in terms of daily transaction volume, transaction speed and transaction fees is far more superior than some healthy competitors and these benefits even surpasses all BTC family members’ combined technical specifications’ ability and the current price super undervalued and commercial road map and mass adoption is on the way. It is a super global game changer.
A lot of people have inclination to hold LTC, NEO, XMR, or some important cryptocurrencies like ETH and BTC when they feel the trend of some major cryptocurrencies and their favourite and trusted cryptocurrencies pairs are growing and booming. What if some new cryptocurrencies like BTX and even other cryptocurrencies like have abilities to do much better than Ethereum and Bitcoin in terms of payment fees, transaction volume and transaction speed.
Nothing wrong with holding or exchanging to your favourite major cryptocurrenies to gain value and even profits, but the market cap for these coins are so domainant that in mid to long term without balanced and healthy competing cryptocurrency pairs is not going to be easy for crypto currency holders in terms of volatilities, sudden price increase appreciation or even sudden price depreciation or drop, and many times it have proven to be depressing when Bitcoin and Ethereum after these coins or market bull run is sold or short and the whole cryptocurrencies market is affected drastically and badly, which cryptocurrencies can really fit the stringent criterias of transaction volume, transaction speed and transaction speed, along with good immutability, distributed open ledger and good BTX wallet features, BITCORE BTX can fit this good criteria comfortably and easily. Bitcoin and Ethereum will have market dominance still, but it might change in few years time in terms of market share.
Balanced approach is probably preferred and needed for long term cryptocurrencies stability and viability. So I would urge holders and buyers of BITCORE (BTX) to hold and trade majority for mid to long term not just for BTX airdrops. And not change that much to BITCOIN and ETHEREUM or any other cryptocurrencies and the particular dominant cryptocurrencies will make the market impacted when it corrects heavily. In fact BITCORE have been appreciating steadily and increased against both BITCOIN and ETHEREUM price increase.
I also personally have huge respect for Bitcoin and Ethereum and the rest of the coins and tokens. Bitcoin is a symbol of Trust and Decentralization so are other good cryptocurrencies. And I have benefit greatly from the rise of cryptocurrencies prices, but hope to see more competing crypto currencies pairs for the market to be more healthy, vibrant and sustainable. The Bitcore BTX airdrop will be gone in most likely Mid April 2018. And what is much more important than air drop is to recognize that we have a up and coming prince even if Btc upgrades to segwit, which would be better for btc due to the healthy competitions from various coins arises.
There is also Bitcoin Private fork (BTCP) coming out, however the bitcoin transaction speed is still not resolved, although Zclassic (ZLC) is from bitcoin family. Many or most BTC forks does not resolve transaction volume, speed, block chain scaling issues. Yes, we can trade privately for privacy coins, but once it is exchanges trading the privacy are compromised also.

It was not even in top 100 in early Jan 2018 (But after Coinmarketcap.com corrected the circulating supply and market capital, the more accurate ranking reflected more accurately.)
