I put my NEO money into some other currency a few days ago, so I own maybe 10% of it right now.  Do I still get that airdrop or no?

what is the term of their airdrops?  do you need to own a neo to joined their airdrops? if yes then you will get it. you will get a percentage for your neo holdings.

That announcement about the Ontology airdrop wasn't announced today, at least not for the first time. It was released a while ago and it's even posted on AirdropAlert.

Neo is the best coin to hold for 2018. Ontology airdrop will be supported by Binance and this makes the price pumped up. Binance is the best exchange and it always supports Neo and Neo tokens.

As long as you  are still keeping your neo before the developer will be taking a snapshot in the neo blockchain and you will still able to participate in the airdrop end aligible to receive any airdrop from hold your neo token. But this hype will not be so long. NXT becomes a real evidence for this case.

Well, this is a cliché which repeates itself every time. Announce an airdrop of whatever to the holders of a coin, and that coin will get pumped. Would be nice to know these things in advance...
