Also why have you not left a negative trust rating for Rayen if he stole 2K from you?

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=109370

Why have you not started a scammer thread for him?  Would you like someone to contact him for you and try and resolve this?

All I'm saying is it' very possible for me to pay this back and make somebody money. That's what my goal of posting is here was:
- Quick and reputable loan
- Make somebody money

No.
You're saying you're broke.
You're saying you need this to feed your kids.

This does not add up.

Plus you're now talking about a rep loan.
Welcome to the red Kouye list!

Are you looking for a loan just to pay off another loan?

Taking money from Peter to pay Paul is never a good philosophy. Financially it doesn't even make sense for you as you have to pay your lender a higher interest.

As much as I want to believe this story, there are a few red flags here I can't overlook.

Then you need to CALL THE POLICE and report this as a robbery.  Have you already done that?  Do you have a police report number?

If you give a police report number to Green Dot they will refund you 100% of the time no matter what.

Greendot literally just gave me a call back (voice mail). I called them back and was told I couldn't be refunded.

I would file a police report, but what they hell am I going to give them .. our conversation on Google Hangout and bitcoin talk? Sounds weird ..

So you don't want to deal with banks because they can affect your credit rating should you default?  Are you planning to default?

Anyway - car title loan is your answer.  You won't get a loan here.  Good luck.

Thank you for your response. I will keep trying. If I can't get one I will hit up the bank for a last resort.

It's not because I don't want to default. It's just because I don't want more paper work involved. Just don't like the idea of it. Then what, I get $2000 and get scammed again when buying coins .. Just trying to cut out a middle man .. or middle business in this case.

I'm questioning the fact that if you even got scammed, some proof that you got scammed would be nice.

Good question.

In this case I'm taking a loan from Peter to pay Paul if Paul were a business (Paul, LLC) and a possible source of good income for me.

I referenced earlier in the thread where I have a guy that needs to convert cash to coins in bulk. So if I'm unable to convert these then I no longer get the business.

Got me?

I'm questioning the fact that if you even got scammed, some proof that you got scammed would be nice.

It's semi-hard to do this, but I'm open to give any information. I'll even give the google hangout convo if needed. Here's what I have
- Rayen isn't responding
- The greendot cards no longer work. They say "$0 balance"
- I filed a report with greendot they they they've already been used
- I offered to take pictures of the moneypaks and reciepts
- I offered to mail the physical moneypaks and receipts if needed

Honestly don't really know what I can do? Supposibly Rayen's answer to other is that:

"The moneypaks were already used"

I mean, I have him in the chat that says he used 4 out of 6 of them.

I'll just throw one last question before letting this thread die
.
Do you really think an IT director who's regularly trading several $ worth of bitcoin would trade with a guy who generated such a post history ? Wink

I have made up my mind, I am calling BS.

Seriously !?! What. The. Fuck.

Damned if I respond. Damned if I don't.

I have offered to give any sort of information to anybody in the thread. Anything, and I'm still getting denied.

Hard up in here for a n00b.

Whatever I can give or whatever I can say just let me know -- I'm an open book here. Just trying to get somewhere with this ..

You can give all the information you want, but if/when you default on the loan what can the lender really do.... start legal action that will cost more than what you owe them...

Come on man, gotta get a little more clever than that!

I would still need the requested amount .. takes 9-12 business days for them to send the check they said.

Well, I wouldn't want to loan anyone with such lack of knowledge, eh?

You keep on repeating "guarantee repayment"
Which makes me laugh.  There are no guarantees in life.  What if you die all of a sudden (yay!)?  Someone else will pay back this loan?
Why not just wait for this check then?  You're too impatient.
