This is a viable project. Considering the security level put in place on the second airdrop shows that the dev are really active and updated.

OK, this is new. Usually the easiest way to sense these phones and other mobile devices would be through wifi, Bluetooth and the rest but this project is not planning to use another way that bypasses these  conventional ways.
And the user tailored recommendation system would really be awesome. It would really help brick and mortar stores to automatically tailor their ads directly to the customer, something that was a bit difficult for them before.
This project plans to solve a problem that actually exists now that most have not really noticed. This is really good.
I would really like to see the Atrl IoT sensor prototype in action.

In my opinion, the project is promising, although there has already been a lot of this kind of ICO and quite successfully. I believe that if the team does everything right, then the project can take the leading positions on the world market in this industry. In the meantime, we participate in the drop, we get coins and watch the project.
