With the price starting to creep up again do you think it's a good time to start selling some of my investments or do you think it's worth holding on for a while longer?

We all know how temperamental the market can be but do you think this is just a short term spike?
I would suggest holding on a bit longer until midway through the year but depending on your financial situation, if you need money then you have no choice but to sell now but in an ideal world hodl.

I think this time we will need to hold or bitcoin because it's market price is already down. If you invest on a higher price than now and you sell it on the present price you will get loss right away. Remember that you are doing business and the main purpose of business is to earn and not being loss. Just wait some more time that the bitcoin's price will be recovered and I believe that it will happen very soon because investors are going to invest again. It is good to buy bitcoin now because on it's low price so will you earn more when the time that it's value will grow again.

I would like to ask you a question here.
How likely do you think Bitcoin and the blockchain technology will succeed in the future ?
If you think that these dont have a bright future then you should probably stop it right now. If you think that it does have a future then there is still a long road ahead and by this I mean that the price is gonna spike up way too high than this. Although it might take a few years, the chances for it to happen are damn high. So just wait and hold the crypto you got there. Find ways to buy more of them.

Well, If I were to base my answer on the past trend then I will hold my Bitcoin. For what grounds? Last year's trend was almost the same as now. It has a slow approach at the beginning of the year but on the last month of the 1st quarter, it started to somehow pump up which I think that will happen again this year. Though there are still outside factors that could affect my decisions especially when a huge or drop occurs and happens that Bitcoin will take a lot of time to regain its composure, then I would save my remaining coins and try to re-invest it to other.

Well in this situation we cannot tell if the price of bitcoin will go back again to normal since the price right now are performing abnormality.
I would prefer to hold and buy more bitcoin right now because the price are really low we cannot know what will happen in this year but I have a high believe it will recover soon.

How much do you buy bitcoin, if you now feel profitable from the difference between the purchase price and the selling price, I recommend selling bitcoin. Risky bitcoin market, We can not foresee all. If you are not profitable then you should continue to hold them. I think you should not rush, think carefully. to make wise decisions.

I think it is better to hold your bitcoins rather than selling them, because the profit you will have in holding your coins will surely be large rather than selling it for a small price, and holding your coins raises tha chance of the coins to reach their peak value and you will become an instant millionaire or even a billinoaire.

Practically speaking the best thing you can do is to  hold your bitcoin while the value of it is down. Because if you decided to sell it, you will not get a good income and money from it because you can only sell it with a low price since the price is also low. For now, just wait and while waiting work out your bitcoin for you it to grow and be bigger.

If you are uncertain and question yourself and you have already earned on your investment then I'd suggest you to trade to fiat only the portion you have invested. By doing this it will look like you haven't even lose or investment your money in the first place so you can put crypto on side. However I do believe in holding as I think market have a loot of room to grow in future and hopefully we will reach some stable price so usability will spike.

detained or sold, it depends on the need as well, but in my opinion also have to see the value of coin, if the price is high then better sold only, because bitcoin price will not keep stable, then we must be smart to see market price.

Of course you have to hold Bitcoin right now because the price isn't good enough for selling purpose.
So just hold and buy more Bitcoin if you can.

Well no one knows as to when will bitcoin price goes down or up.  Or if its current price will continue to goes up no one knows about that.  But for me, whatever will happen I will continue to hold my bitcoin.  I will just keep them and wait for its price to rise.  I am thinking of selling my bitcoin when it hits my target.

I hold, because this year will be the hottest for bitcoin and crypto currency. All this year I will keep, as the price can reach 40,000$

Just remember that most of the advice that you get on here is probably VERY biased. People invested in a commodity, will

never tell you to sell your commodity. Why? ....Well, because the more people hoarding coins, will increase the value of their

coins. {By hoarding these coins, you increase it's value.} Nobody on here can give you a guarantee that the price will

increase in the future, most of us are hoping that it will, because it did in the past.  Wink

It's been hard to decide in the past days on whether to sell or hodl my coins. The market is still crazy as ever with no clear indication for the trend of the market. After some thoughtful moments (mixed with some impatience), I decided to sell some of my coins at the $10.2k area. And as you can see, the price of BTC increased past that point. From that experience, if we are talking about BTC, it is always better to hodl your coin. Don't be too hard on yourself and just leave your coin in your trusty wallet. Chillout.  Grin
