In my experience right now, i always look at the value of bitcoin,if its high then you need anything like basic needs mybe you can sell it, but if you want to earned and your waiting to get in high value mybe you hold on it.

I think we are going to continue seeing a downtrend the next couple of months and then a Very strong uptrend in response. But only time will tell, it is most important that crypto gets a real life use case and that stores and companies start accepting cryptos as a form of payment if this mass adoption happens and it does not get fully legislated. It has a strong chance to go up by an enormous amount if not I don’t think it will go that high probably back to 16k resistance end may.
You can texhnically draw a new down trendine until the price breaks out of ATH. It actually broke the downtrend channel at earlier $11800 run. It could go up to $13000 to test the resistance but thanks to MTgox trustee, $400mil dumped. Still down trendine is broken unless it goes below $5800. If no manipulation involved, it should go up to $11800 and test the resistance there and then next resistance at $13000.

If you have holding bitcoins now, I will suggest to hold it while the price is low because the price of bitcoin will rise soon. Its quiet and sleepy now but after a few months later it will hit again in the market and you will have huge profit so better hold it for now.

Best to do is to hold the bitcoin for future purposes. It is good to wait for the price to go high  because it can multiply the amount your investment, though bitcoin price is unstable still its value will be back to its normal price which is worth to wait.

Holding a bitcoin or an altcoin is much better than selling it with a low price. Nowadays, we need to be more patient on holding. Instead of selling you can buy more bitcoin while the price are low. Don't ever try to do a panic selling because for sure you will regret it the most.
