I always think that Russia will vigorously promote the encryption currency, for it is well known that it is good for the relations between Russia and the United States, the United States has long been economic sanctions on Russia, so by encrypting the currency markets, Russia could avoid this limitation.

I agree. Venezuela did the same. Iran is on the way too. With decentralized crypto you can relax the power of strong players and no one can bully other one.
There are great opportunities in crypto and these countries know that.

Regulation always come in hand with legalization. Anyways, that's good news for Russian investors and also Russia can only benefit from wide cryptocurrency adoption. Let's see how Russia will take advantage of that in business sphere.

Russian economic is far far away from crypto, Putin's authority and ambition are very high, if he can realize such task it wil be wonderfull for Russia, but it seems to be unreal.

The good news is, cryptocurrency in Russia will become legal. But I think Russia will not go smoothly and peacefully. Corruption and theft will make their amendments to laws and regulations, and then it will be bad for everyone.

I also agree with your opinion. These conversations are very far from reality. The fact that they do not want to lag behind the new technologies is understandable, but I do not think they will soon implement blockchaine technology.
