There have been plenty of people who have traded successfully with MoneyPakTrader, including myself.  You can check out this thread for proof:  https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=133439.0.  Also, you're probably trusting the wrong people if it shows his trust rating that low.  He shows up for me as Trust: 0: -0 / +2(0).

He shows a negative 4 for me   How do I see what you see,a positive trust rating  

Edit: I think I figured it out,I switched my "network" to full,but now I see +0
