I think it is possible. You can be on a signature campaign on one but a translator on the other one.
There are different ways to support a campaign.

Joining with the signature campaign with your rank will not work at all. Then joining with the multiple signature campaign is not option for any rank in the forum. There is one way to join on different campaigns with in the same ICO project.
If you own the Twitter, Facebook and btctalk accepted rank account. You can join all the campaigns in the same project. I see some of the members reported for the Facebook and Twitter from the same account on the bounties.

Firstly, there is very scarce campaigns that accept newbies as their campaigns' supporters. You should try a little bit to rank up to Junior member rank to join campaigns. Requirements for Junior member rank is available there:

In addition to activity, everyone now has a merit score, and you need both a certain activity level and a certain merit score in order to reach higher member ranks. The required scores are:

Jr Member	30	0
Member	60	10
Full Member	120	100
Sr. Member	240	250
Hero Member	480	500
Legendary	Random in the range 775-1030	1000

That means you need more activity-counts to rank up to Junior Member. Aditionally, to move up to higher levels than Jr. Mem, you will need both activity-counts and merit points. Please visit and read the above topic for more details

Secondly, you can join two campaigns at the same week, but I don't recommend you to do this. There are two reasons:
1. You should be honestly with campaigns you support and earn money from them. Don't try to cheat like this, it's not good behaviour, honestly.
2. If you try cheating both campaigns, the probability to succeed will totally depend on the way managers of campaigns managed their campaigns. If they manage strictly, you can certainly not cheat them that way.

You can participate two or more bounty campaigns but can not participate signature campaigns at the same time!

You can join multiple bounty campaigns(translation, twitter, etc) but you can only join one signature campaign as the signature space is very limited to a few lines. Though you can join a signature campaign and at the same time join a campaign that only requires you to put up their avatar picture.

Thank you Sir for info on avatar campaign. I will search and read about it's basic requirements.
I have also made a search and known that only Full Member and higher ranks can wear avatars, which help accounts appear more impressive. Due to the fact, their effects for signature campaigns will be higher than lower ranks (Junior member, Member) and this one deserved to put more efforts to get more merits and rank up to Full Member.

I hope some days in this year, I can be a Full Member (I need 99 more merit points but I think it is possible if I keep contributing good posts in the forum).
Due to great effects of merit system, we will rarely see poor-quality Full Members anymore (just rarely, some merit beggars will be able to rank up).

You could join multiple social media campaign, translation at the same time however only one signature campaign are allowed.

I think you can join in different social media campaign in just one of your facebook, twitter and bitcointalk account but in signature, there in only one campaign that you will join.

Of course. You can join as many as possible for you companies. But remember that facebook or twitter can block you if you make many posts or reposts. So make a pause!

Usually you can only join one signature campaign at a time as you only have one signature space with your account and most of them take up the whole space.

Hi adobo! Haha. You can join in different campaign like translation, Facebook, twitter, reddit, and telegram: you can join as much as you can but you can not join in two different signature campaign. That thing you s not allowed here, but sadly on your rank you should first be a Jr.member. Good luck adobo! Haha, maybe that food is your favourite.

Ofcourse you can join more bounty as long as you passed the req..read the rules always if you qualified then go..only 1 signature after the campaign you change it..and join. Again if you like:)

You can,but you cant to join multible signature campaigns. You need to choose only one. but you can join several twitter/facebook campaigns .

It all depends on the rule of the campaign. Every campaign on its first page lists the rules of the campaign.

There are campaigns outside bitcointalk where you can join two campaigns but in bitcointalk most signature campaigns require you to participate in only one campaign at a time.

You can join into several social media campaigns and airdrops ,but in signature its not , your are only allowed to join one signature bounty ,if you get caught promoting  or wearing signature of other bounty campaign you will be rejected.
