What does Gemini charge to transfer BTC from their exchange to another?  I'm hearing theres no fee or its up to 30 BTC a month but their website says after 10 withdrawals they charge .002 BTC.

Withdraws from the exchange are free, up to 10 per calendar month. Each exchange after the 10th during that month is also charged a 0.002 BTC fee, but your free quota resets at the beginning of the next month.

Here's an ICO whose exchange has no to low fees and the CTO has over 40 years experience coding for financial exchanges. I believe in what they are doing as the first arbitrage trading platform that allows you to have control of your private keys.
