Para sa akin mahirap malaman kung scam ba ang project or hindi kasi kadalasan sa mga yan ay ma effort pag dating sa pag gawa ng kanilang project. Ang dapat mong gawin ay tignan kung sino ang mga team members, meron ba silang website. Dapat i double check mo tong mga to lalo na sa team members kasi mayroon dyan gumagamit ng fake profile. Research lang ang kailangan natin pag dating sa ganito.

mahirap maiwasan yan pero kahit papano maganda ung mag research ka muna sa project nila bago ka sumali. Always mo tingnan kung real identity ba ung mga kasama sa team kadalasan kasi nangunguha lang sila ng identity pag scam un. Tapos check mo din background ng team roadmap white paper etc kung may working product sila mas maganda.

Hello, dear investors and everyone who reads this.
Being a developer of smart contracts, I cannot stand aside of the current lawlessness in the ICO market.
Out of every 100 projects 99 is a fraud, or a scam, as we used to call it.
Please, read the following advices as a guide to verification of every ICO:
1. At the start of pre-ICO team should have a contract for automatic assets transfer, that contains a written set of rules for early investors – not on towel, not in the speaking form, but written in the smart-contract.  Otherwise, collected assets can just fall in the pockets of founders, or they can change rules of the game in the middle of act – there are many examples.
2. The contract for pre-ICO should be a part of a bigger contract on ICO and do not be different tokens – it is unsafe form a standpoint of vulnerability and withdrawal of funds.
3. The contract for pre-ICO, and then on ICO should have a lower and upper barrier - if it does not – the team does not know what it wants - just a scam.
4. The contract for ICO should have escrow of the funds, received as a result of placement - it can be a frieze or multiSig with a voting condition. This will give you a guarantee against the expenditure of funds earlier than the team completed the previous stage.
5. The contract should have indisputable return of funds condition, in case of not reaching the lower limit of the collected pool. It is in the contract and not in the white book, if it is not – move on, it’s just a scum.
6. All contracts must be posted on GitHub, this will enable third-party developers to check the contract for the vulnerability, if the team has not taken care and before the ICO has not posted a bounty on the vulnerability.
7. The contract must specify the conditions for the team and for the bounty’s for vulnerability.
8. The contract must specify the conditions for not traded tokens - with clearly defined deadlines.

This post is about having a standard. Everything in the end should have a standard - and together we can achieve it. If you do not invest in teams that do not adhere to basic security standards - they just won’t be able to steal your money.

Medyo mahirap nga para sa mga baguhan na katulad ko e identify kng ano yung legit na bounty.sa ngayon yung sinasalihan ko ay yung mga minamanage ng mga nirekomenda dn dito na mga bounty manager kaya lng sa sobrang sikat na nila ayun dinudumog agad yung bounty project na hawak nila.Pero meron din akong iba na medyo konti lng yung sumasali nireresearch ko nlng yung project at tinitingnan yung mga activity ng team.

Sa pamamagitan ng pagsearch, malalaman natin kung ang isang ICO project ay scam o totoo. Ang pagsearch sa team ng isang project ay malalaman kung ito ay scam, kung ang team nito ay baguhan pa lang o walang background sa ICO project ito ay posibleng scam. Kailangan din nating malaman ang escrow ng isang project para mas makakasigurado. Tingnan at alamin ang bilang ng mga partcicipants, dahil mas sigurado kong madami ang nakasali sa isang ico project.

Basahin mo yung whitepapers naka-indicate naman yun don. Subukan mo rin i-visit yung website nila, check mo rin kung yung project at idea ay bago, possibleng gawin, at malaki ang maitutulong sa community. Tignan din kung sino yung mga nasa development team, i-check mo yung profile nila. Kung may mga tanong ka about sa bounty campaign subukan mo kausapin yung campaign manager, i-private message mo or email. Research lang talaga ang kailangan, di mo rin naman initially malalaman kung scam ang isang bounty campaign o hindi.

para din sa akin mahirap i identify kung ang bounty ay scam o hindi. i check nalang yung white paper nya bashin at mag research abot sa project. ang pagkaklm ko kasi kapag masyadong promising yung project may posibilidad scam siya, marami pang mga possible na scam nga siya. pero para di ka masyadong mahirapan. gawin mo nalang dun ka sumali sa mga bounty na ang bounty manager ay trusted. kumbaga mababait ang manager. at kadalasan nag sa-success yung mga project n hawak nila.

Based on my experience, talagang mahirap malaman kung scam yung kalalabasan ng ICO. Merong may magandang platforms at complete paperworks din akong nasalihan but turned out to be scam. Dati hindi nman ganito kadami yung mga ICO scams, pero ngayun ang dami na. Kahit plausible yung project, at kahit kilala yung managers no assurance pa rin na legi yung project. Kaya para sa akin tingnan ko muna yung na raised na funds, kung mataas baka may malaking chance na legit kasi maraming investors.

Para sa akin hindi mo yan malalaman o mahirap malaman kung scam ang isang bounty campaign or hindi.

Mas magiging safe and di ka magaaksaya ng oras kung ang sasalihan mong bounty campaign ay may kilala at matagal nang bounty manager sa ibat ibang project dahil mas experienced sila kaysa sa atin, dapat din na bantayan lagi ang sinasalihan mong campaign at basahing mabuti, kung mayroong hindi maintindihan wag mahiyang magtanong sa bounty manager.
