I don't know what you were thinking when you posted this.

PayPal from a newbie. You offer something reversible in exchange for irreversible coins. You want a middle man to escrow a deal which is reversible. Reversible payments defeat the element of escrow protection. You claim to be highly trusted on a hack forum.

Why not trade with fellow members on that hack forum? I'm sure they will happily trust someone who does what they all do best. Which would be what? Should I guess?

Does that mean i am eligible to trade with you, right?

reputed on some other forum doesn't matter here.
You need to build trust here. Also very hard luck to find 1:1 anywhere.

i am interested but have a question..

is it possible to reverse friend&family transfer??

Yes, 100%.

but i send with friend&family and now i want refund and paypal says;
"We're sorry, but this transaction cannot be disputed because it is not a purchase of goods or services.
 Please contact the recipient directly."

so what do you say? is it really % 100 reversable?

The card issuer can reverse the transaction.

Do not accept PayPal for Bitcoin.

Do not accept PayPal from anyone for Bitcoin.

That's the worst thing you can ever do.

If the funding source is fraudulent such as a phished or stolen credit card or a hacked bank account or a PayPal balance sourced from a third party PayPal account whose owner was scammed, then you can expect a reversal, regardless of how it was sent. Both G&S and F&F payments will be reversed if the funding source of the sending account is money the sender is legally not entitled to. Count on it.

There are scammers who take PayPal payments and I was wondering how they bypass the reversibility risk. Well, they don’t. They pass on that risk to those who give them coins in exchange for PayPal.

If you take PayPal from untrusted sources, think of the risks and financial consequences. Don’t ignore the legal repercussions too, if the source of funds turns out to be one of those I mentioned above.

Let me give you an example to think about. Here's someone who created an account offering to buy "dirty" PayPal funds:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2947191.0

Days later he creates a second account and offers to sell those funds:

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=3043918.0

Notice something? He is willing to send first. And F&F. That's because there really isn't any risk for him. He passes on that risk to whoever is gullible and naive enough to give him coins for those "dirty" funds.

In addition to what warningsigns wrote, I want to add that OP should be very careful if he's thinking about dealing with another noob here--assuming he's not trying to scam here, he'd likely get scammed if he did this deal with a noob.  PayPal is the scammer's payment method of choice if you didn't know.

If this was the opposite deal, I'd gladly take it.

And OP, noob or not, watch out who you deal with here.  Even trusted members have been known to scam, because accounts can be bought & sold.
