in the past week I won 800, 600 and 184 btc respectively - I hit withdraw on each transactions
The first time for 800 BTC, my account said locked - e-mailed support 5 times and heard nothing

The second time was due to 100 confirmations being needed??
The third time was the site was undergoing a repair as it seems it always is doing
see dialogue beow
this is $500k i won and not paid out
Please answer the following items
I made my withdraw and I was told I needed 100 confirmations - historically when a successful withdraw has been processed the coins are debited from my account immediately and I can assure you 100 confirmations were not present.
The usual number of confirmation necessary is between 0 and 6, as stated on the site:

However, if ANY amount of newly mined coins is present, then 100 confirmations are necessary. Same as with the Blockchain wallet. That got into my 10 BTC loan, and that was not my intention. There were never problems with your account. This issue didn't even require a manual intervention. Your account status hasn't changed in a while. It doesn't depend on the amount. Try getting any bitcoin miner and deposit 0.000001 newly mined BTC into a Blockchain wallet with a 1000 BTC balance, then try to withdraw 1 BTC - it will not work until the 0.000001 part has 100 confirmations. If it happens to become a part of an orphaned block and not confirmed in the main chain - the whole system will go haywire. We use the same approach.
Only in the case of anything substantial has this happened and it's really disheartening, that's $500k I won fair and square only to be held up by logistics that no other casino has in place.
Both times - on a Sunday night - when everyone was asleep. One time - because you were randomly flagged by the system, and this can happen to ANYONE, this is why the security can't really be bypassed and the only way for you to lose what you have in the account is to gamble it. The chances of being flagged are significantly reduced with time, as the system becomes familiar with the player. And the fact that with your relatively high level of activity you never had that happen again speaks for itself.
The second time a little wait was unavoidable even during work hours. That can't be manually fixed. The only solution is to use "matured coins". I had no idea that fresh coins were present in my loan.
The support I am complaining about stems all the way to last week during prime time hours - Nobody and I mean nobody responds any questions are helped.
Please give me the exact date and time when that happened. I overtook your account as we were dealing with the first incident, when your account got locked, and other people are not even allowed to reply to you, as I am your single point of contact now. We can't have 10 people working on the same issue. If there has been an oversight on my part during working hours - I will take full responsibility hands down.
My account wasn't locked, optically it appears the coins were left in play to take advantage of the gambler persona of wanting to continue to play.
It wasn't and it isn't. You can test the 100 confirmations policy on both Blockchain.info and our website, and you'll see that it's true.
This is why I withdrew my coins that I won - this should not be the bottleneck and is not consistent with how and why Bitcoin casinos were created.
You're absolutely right, but we don't live in an ideal world. And if we made such a commitment - someone would hack your account and walk away. How would you feel in that case? Do you know why fiat casinos are not in a hurry to move into the crypto space? Because security is close to impossible to manage. It's not a problem for small-time players, serious hackers are not going to waste their time on that. But when you have tens of thousands of our own and customers' coins at stake - we're a huge target. Let me show you one of the emails we just received yesterday from a group that we know means business.

This is the exact methods of shady rouge fiat casinos that just hold up people's winnings until they loos them all.
This is exactly why I emailed you and said that if you attempt a withdrawal during our off hours - stop playing, submit a support ticket and wait until 9 am!!!
Why is the simplest process, me to withdraw my winnings you claim are instant nearly impossible!
Please read the above security part.
The only reason is to make sure some hacker doesn't run away with your or our coins when our employees are asleep.
I am talking about some moral responsibility in the spirit of why Bitcoin is instant and seamless - that is not the case here.
I will even take good faith gesture to settle this but I cannot just say oh well to winnings I tried to Withdrawl but the process' in place conveniently didn't allow me to not once but twice.
Meet me at 200 BTC and I will sign anything you want saying no further action will be taken.
Please take a moment to understand the Chinese culture - I hope none of the key players in the company reads this, as I worked in Chinese companies for 30 years and know the outcome 100%. Never attempt anything that even remotely resembles a threat or a veiled extortion attempt with a Chinese businessman. They will NEVER agree to that, as this would amount to a "loss of face" and would rather spend ten times the amount but stay away from the "Yin energy" a settlement would potentially bring with it. I won't even mention your request to Mr. Lim, as I know what's going to happen. If you STILL insist on this undiplomatic move - send this demand to
jason.lim@betcoin.tm,
Don't be surprised if you find your account banned right away.
I don't need to distort the reality to earn the company a few BTC. I receive a fixed salary and don't work on a commission basis. I provide an impartial assessment to both our company and its customers, and that's where my value is. I told you twice already. BetCoin is not at fault here. I can not help you request a 200 BTC compensation. I'm sorry if this is not what you hoped to hear.
