Need help offer 30$ in btc for 1 exhaustive answer.

I adress this post to all people that  understand more than me about bitcoin transactions and can help me with an answer
My probblem is the next.
My Poloniex  deposit adress is    1AzK8xUa12UmgVKdeuQTq5KbedYBYqJ6o8
My probblem emerged  on 10-02-2018  when  after canceling a stop limit transaction 2 btc went missing from my account
Of course the first ting i did was to check my open orders and my trade history to see if by any chance i did screw up something but i find no open orders and in my trade history i had no trades since 08-02-2018
the next thing that i check  was my withdrawals history to see if my account got hacked , and also there i could see that my last withdraw was made  also  on 08-02-2018
after  this check on forums and see that is not the first time that this happend to someone   so i just opened a support  ticket at wich i never recived an answer since 18 days . Of course i know that the support of poloniex is way behind  but this evening something strange happend,
the poloniex support  answer me on another ticked of another polonieix account wich i have linked with the first one 
so then i start to check on the blockchain explorer where i could find a  transaction that i dont understand.

You need to understand that the address 1AzK8xUa12UmgVKdeuQTq5KbedYBYqJ6o8 is not yours. It's just your deposit address but it belongs to Poloniex.
The same way several of your withdrawals (for example this one) weren't sent from that address, the fact there's a transaction sent from there doesn't mean there was a withdrawal from your account.
So it doesn't make sense to analyze the blockchain in your case.

If your total balance is missing those 2 BTC and there are no withdrawals then your only option is to contact them so they fix their mistake.
Just double check it's really missing.

You should maybe try twitter too. I got some luck once with a ticket publicly replying just after they twitted something.

You should take the screenshot of your transactions at the exchange and send it to them on support and then go to all the forums here on bitcointalk and twitter and facebook and any other social media and demand to know where your bitcoin went.

I do have an update  on my situation.
Yesterday i opened another support ticket in wich i tried to describe my probblem the best i could including pics.
I had no answer from them till now but
 finaly today  the 2 BTC returned to my poloniex account, but i cannot withdraw them as my withdrawal limit is 0
Here is what happend
I have 2 poloniex accounts  and they are linked. The account  from wich the 2 BTC was missing was verified  and the other  not.
4 days ago  i open a support ticket in the account that is not verrified because i lost the 2fa so the support asked me to go trough the KYC again.
Today i was finaly abble to submit al the doccuments they requested  so now the account is under rewiew, what is strange is that also the account wich was already verified is now under rewiew.
Do you think that is normal?
I will keep up to date  as soon as my probblem wil be completly solved.

Seems that since Poloniex has been bouht by CIRCLE  the support is moving faster.
