I haven't used Liqui exchange before but for me it doesn't look good
Check this link: https://www.cryptocompare.com/exchanges/liqui/overview
In the end it's up to you if you want to use it also try to search them up on Google before doing it so you can protect yourself

I personally haven't, but I tried to look into them, and it turns out they have a scam accusation:

It doesn't look like it was properly resolved, so it could just be poor customer service, but I'd still be careful just in case.

It doesn't look good! I'd rather try Peer to peer exchanges like Paxful.com
