I prefer ETH because I have known ETH since a long time and now ETH already have an alternative to get it is a token that can be changed to ETH. and for LTC I have not known and tried it, maybe someday I'm interested in LTC without having to leave ETH.

More people are interested in ETH because of its application. There are so many ICOs on ETH so people will store ETH to join the ICO.

After the litecoin cash snapshoot already taken and it may have happened soon. As far as i know the airdrop rumour just like litecoin cash gives a significant increase. Look at zclassic and how the price of zclassic down from more than $100 to the $10 range. Almost 90% drop just in some days after the btcp snapshot already taken by the developer itself. But litepay.us news has backed the price of litecoin and make it becomes more stable. |

Both are promising and i would love to divide my money and invest with both ltc and eth. They both have managed to be on top and that shows how strong and potential they are. But if you still dont have much money to invest, ltc is cheaper so u can start with ltc first until such time that you afford eth.

For me ETH is a coin that in near future will just pump that much that people will be scared that it will be next king and made bitcoin fall to even second place in future. So ETH for me.

If you invest in LTC, then invest in LTC, while ETH is suitable for long-term investment and hold for at least 1 year to make a profit. My opinion is that you should spend in ETH because this crypto could be the future of cryptocurrencies. In the next 10 years, it will replace Bitcoin to become the global currencies used to pay online.

Which should I invest in, that potentially has more growth? I know this really isn't able to be given a direct answers, but what's everyones opinion and why are they different?
To me it seems more people are interested in ETH, over LTC which seems to be the case. More investors equals more interest, and a better growth.
The current issue with Litepay has kind of turned me off of LTC, but if things work out that seems like it could be a good spike in growth as well.
Crypto investments are a risky business and as you said more investors equals more interest but this is not always the case as we can take eth for example, eth i believe has a lot of support from everywhere but on the money aspect I don't think its very profitable but its stable that i admit, but LTC equally has had some good runs and i think its value as risen well but it lacks the support you mentioned! |

I think that there is a lot more on the roadmap of ETH than LTC at the moment. User base is more and there are genuine talks about ETH being the #1 coin in the future(which I don't believe, by the way), and LTC is almost purely speculative. ICOs are conducted on ETH, and I can only see the number of ICOs growing in the future. So yeah, if you were given a choice to invest in LTC and ETH in the long term, I'd choose Eth any day. Though, I don't think that the same applies to the short term. Both can be pretty volatile in terms of price. |

I agree, I really like eth as an investment tool, and I rarely use LTC because I do not use it as an investment tool. both of them have functions, and different benefits, but I choose eth in compare ltc. |

most people prefer Ethereum because it has a high function for investors, especially ICO investors. and so far I've seen Ethereum able to survive in the market and even occupy the position 2 in coin marketcap.

I think compared to LTC, ETH has huge potential in the market with a lot of market cap. Of course, LTC is generating huge volumes but in terms of ETH has huge potential in the market. |

I think the popularity of ethereum is increasing much more faster than Litecoin's popularity. I can't say that litecoin is useless or it is a bad coin, but in my opinion, ethereum is a more promising coin. |
