Which should I invest in, that potentially has more growth? I know this really isn't able to be given a direct answers, but what's everyones opinion and why are they different?
To me it seems more people are interested in ETH, over LTC which seems to be the case. More investors equals more interest, and a better growth.
The current issue with Litepay has kind of turned me off of LTC, but if things work out that seems like it could be a good spike in growth as well.

Short term I would go with ETH, LTC already had some serious pumps. ETH lagged behind the last few days so might be better of a buy opportunity right now. Long term both have a very bright future ahead of them, while fulfilling different goals, so its anyone's guess.

I think all 2 coins are good for holding. But if I need to choose only one of them it will be Ethereum. Ethereum has the best business model for use of their token.

Both have good growth in the future. Both of which have different goals, ethereum as ico platform providers who have smart contracts, while litecoin as the virtual currency for payment. I have no doubt both and I have hold both for future investments.

both are good growth in the future but I think it's better and stronger in the market because eth as ico provider so that's one of the points, while ltc wins at a lower price so very potential to ride, and you can hold both maybe that's the right choice.

Ok the issue with Litepay has had a negative effect on LTC but there is also the fact that Bitcoin is gaining a bit of resurgence but in the long term I am not worried at all for LTC and in my opinion LTC has potentially more growth prospective than ETH. ETH network is struggling from game issues and if further games are launched the network may not be able to handle it. https://themerkle.com/the-future-of-ethereum-classic/"According to ETH Gas Station, the CryptoKitties game accounts for over 10% of network traffic on Ethereum" "Since there are many similar games in development, we can expect Ethereum to get flooded with transactions soon, not even counting the increasing number of business users." I hodl both coins but LTC is my choice for this topic. This topic has already been discussed on numerous threads starting last year and they are all pretty much still relevant: July 4 2017 - ETH or LTC - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2001461.0July 17 2017 - What is a better investment right now, ETH or LTC? - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2026968.0 Oct 23 2017 - should i invest in ETH & LTC? - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2233783.0Feb 15 2018 - LTC or Eth as payment solution - https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=2956461.0;topicseen

I prefer eth,eth has started a new revolution to crypto system, introduction of dapps and tokens just increase the utilisation of blockchain technology.majority of upcoming project choose eth blockchain but it has some bugs but yes it is the best tech and coin out there.neo and waves and now eos will give a good competition.and ltc in my personal opinion i dont think any use of it,if you are just talking about payment system btc is good .just for payment option we already have multiple altcoin without any daily use of it.

The issue has been resolved and if I were you i wouldn't pick either. Instead, I would diversify and choose both. I will only divide the money I planned to invest into one of them into two to buy both coins. IMO they both have a lot of potential specially LTC, which has been stable in a low price for quite a while and ETH who is cheaper now when compared to it's past prices. They are both coins good for long term hodl but if you are only in for short term, choose ETH as it is more volatile than LTC.

LTC is going good, higher than ever, like most good altcoins. On the other hand the rise of ETH is more stable and more valuable. I'd go with ETH as it's potential to grow is infinite. If you're looking for some quick profit look for some other altcoins.

I would say ETH, it has huge potential growth. The competitors are a long way behind, and whilst they may also be successful, ETH has a big established presence with the EEA. LTC I'm not sure about. I can see it losing relevance. I'm not sure how it would be affected by bitcoin LN.

Ethereum obviously it has matured all the way and look at the market cap consider the current market there are several solutions offering virtual payment solutions waiting for big investors to grow and compete with plus ETH is more recognized.. If bitcoin gets a knock out, ETH will get primary trade as bitcoin now has

For short term i would go with litecoin because there will probably be one more pump since they have one more good news to announce for it+1 big suprise according to Charlie Lee twitter account. Also if you look at ltc price you can see that its starting to act different then btc like all other coins do

This is real problem. Now ETH is 868$ and lTC is 210$.So what will happen end of 2018 ? Mainly we can observe the past of the both ETH is good I think. Now It has based on many projects so its price is pretty high than LTC.So can it be passed ETH ? Definitely No it cannot be happen. Because ETH has based on other (ERC20) crypto currencies too. sSo it will be the best rather than LTC.

both of these are big coins which are already too big for their potential. so you can not expect that much out of them anymore. no big crazy rises for them. so if you want such profits then look elsewhere, mostly in smaller altcoins which have a big potential but not yet fulfilled it.
so either stay away from both of them and invest in something that can get properly pumped and give you a big profit or invest small amounts in both of them and be satisfied with their possibly tiny pumps.

ETH is better investment in any case, I would buy bitcoins instead of litecoin if I had to choose such coins. Eth has much more potential in the long.

I think if we want to develope a long term strategy then investing in ETH will be a great choice, ETH is more popular to many investors then litecoin, also thanks for using smart contract, ETH has become the most useful for investing in any ICOs in the past and perhaps in the future. So ETH will be a good choice for anyone want to ensure a long term profit.

I think Ethereum is a much better project. Ltc and Eth are racing lanes already. Ethereum offers a multi-functional project. Several projects are receiving support from Ethereum. Ltc is in my opinion a Btc alternative project

if my advice, for the 2 coins is equally good, but if I am in order to choose then I will choose etherium, because etherium coins from the beginning of the coin out the price is stable.

I choose to invest both ltc and ethereum both are profitable. Ethereum price can go up this year I am into investing and buying this time. This year could be the best for alts just have patience to wait to pump.
