I highly suggest you just stick with established exchanges to buy your BTC. There's way too many scammers around here, so there's a good chance somebody will lose money on the deal.

Recommended Exchanges: Binance.com | CelsiusNetwork
GPG ID: 4880D85C | 1% Escrow | 8% IPO/ICO Escrow services Temporarily Closed | Bitcointalk is the ONLY place where I use this name (No Skype/IRC/YIM/AIM/etc) | 13CsmTqGNwvFXb7tD9yFvJcEYCDTB8wQTS | Beware of these SCAM sites! | *Sponsored Link

Out of curiosity, why do you want to pay using a bank transfer instead of a cash deposit?

Because all of exchangers with deposit you have to verify.
And i lost my ID card, need a new one,but till i have my new one its two weeks gone over.
And then it takes times from the exchanger to verify and stuff.
And i need my Bitcoins fast,no time to waste because i want to buy something with it.

You'd have to do it cash-deposit. Bank transfers can be reversed AFAIK.

I can do it via SEPA - I need your ID, and you need to wait couple of days after funds arrive at account.
Current Rate: 2700EUR for 27BTC.
