would be a nice stream of side income in token if you could participate in multiple bounties regularly and then get paid out when they go live.  Anyone have an idea where to find these or know of any bounties lmk. Thanks

Absolutely, "ICO Bounty Hunters" specifically do what you mentioned - hunt for free tokens and try to turn a profit. At icoSource.io we have a list of current and upcoming bounties, you can access them here at: https://icosource.io/icobounties/

I know a air-drop. ICO will be. There already is a stock exchange. While it is possible to be in time, but the number of participants is limited. You can get a lot of coins. If interesting - https://marineco.in/

You can find all kinds of bounty threads here, so you can choose your favorite ICO project's bounty thread to participate.

Certainly, bounty is another good source of income, if you can participate effectively in them. There are so many sources through which you can find, past, current and upcoming ICO bounties. I may not give you a direct link for some purposes, but you can google search, where you will find so many sources. With that, you can make your choice of the one in participate in by comparison. More so, bitcointalk altcoin announcement session is another good source.
