yep I just had to go with my gut.  I've mined and staked this coin and happy with the profit I've made.  However, when someone stakes 30000 coins and 90% of mining is private I had to sell all my coins.  something didn't feel right at the time of the dump.  so I sold right after the massive dump and glad I did.  I kept just a small amount for staking.  but what's the point of staking when you have HUGE wallets doing the same.
Wasn't it obvious? most of these retarded shills don't even know that the scammers can manipulate the system. Oh well i guess they're just happy to be greedy and just waiting for poor souls to be enticed in this scam.

No blocks since 30 mins, how come? I sent a transaction, and it's getting no confirmations for 30 minutes.
https://www.blockexperts.com/bcc
It shows last block was mined 30 mins ago (height 84329)!

EDIT: OK, it got confirmed now, but how come the huge gap in PoW blocks (difficulty spike?)?

What the fuck do you expect from a scam coin? This fucking coin is rigged since it was made.

Rigged + Ponzi scheme nothing will go wrong.

Can anyone help? I'm sure I am doing something stupid.

I have my Bitconect wallet up and running and it is fully synch'd.

My command line is minerd --url=http://127.0.0.1:4210 --userpass=<username>:<pass>
(with my username and password substituted).

I get the following error:
HTTP request failed: Failed to connect to 127.0.0.1 port 4210: connection refused.

What do I need to do to get the connection unrefused?

My bitconnect.conf file is at C:\Users\<mycomputer_user_name>\AppData\Roaming\bitconnect:

    rpcuser=azmojo

    rpcpassword=1

    rpcallowip=127.0.0.1

    rpcport=4210

    listen=1

    server=1

    addnode=128.199.166.25

    addnode=138.68.49.29

    addnode=188.166.158.172

    addnode=159.203.21.28?

<username>:<pass> on the command line must match rpcuser/rpcpassword in the conf file. In your case:
minerd --url=http://127.0.0.1:4210 --userpass=azmojo:1
