How about trying to contribute to the forum first, and I don't men just coming here to dump yet another ICO on us to clutter the boards

Actually, you can create a topic even with a 'brand new' position.
Another thing, that it will not look very attractive and eye-catchy.
But still, firstly, write down key features about your ICO without any unique design, then start participating in various discussions to increase your activity and, as a result, position. You cannot register here and expect an incredible profile from the very first day - this forum is different. Here you have to be active, to provide high-quality answers and to be patient.

Are you aware, btw, of how you can increase your activity and how this system basically works?

And we have good comments about our ICO but no possibility to design good topic, at least for now while account is young.

Should've explained why its self-moderated, looks sketchy for me to be honest. And I think its possible to hire a rank member to post this kind of thread (not sure) so its more presentable anyways goodluck for you the content looks good

Graphics/pictures have been disabled for newbies ( and Jr accounts??) due to it being abused. You can however buy a Copper rank, which lets you post them. I believe this rank was introduced solely for this purpose  ( Adding images in ANN threads etc.)

(Because that was/is the issue right? Not being able to post images?)

I was also gonna say this - Copper member is the answer.

Regarding the account being new - its not a problem for the project, better to provide support with new account rather than with none.
