I'm no programmer, therefore I have to buy programs.

I want a better pool than that of deepbit. Who can help me?

The program should be open-sourced, but I'm willing to pay (either with BTC or equivalent amount of any other currency).

And others please contribute ideas: what functionalities are needed to build a better pool?

Any suggestions are welcome.

Thank you.

pushpool is open source. whether your pool has cool features or not is totally front end and has little to nothing to do with the pool backend.
