You have to read all the documentation of the project, the best projects have offered solutions through the use of blockchain to problems of daily life in its different spheres. They are usually backed by teams of specialists, who will be responsible for carrying out the project.
The project must have a White Paper that explains what solutions it will offer and a Roadmap that explains the future plans of the project. Generally, the White Paper of the projects that launch an ICO specifies the portfolio in which the resources of the offer will be deposited. If this information can not be obtained or corroborated, something may not go well.

Check the websites and it's team carefully.
Read about the project in detail and come to a conclusion yourself that it's worth or not. Believe me you don't need any special kind of knowledge for this. Just some common sense is enough.
Good airdrops: Polymath, coinfi etc

Just some common sense, yeah. Don't forget, most of the airdrops are worthless but there are some golden ones, if you feel like finding one of them, don't be silent, share it with the community! But don't use referral links when doing so, most of us hate that...

How about I suggest a different take on what you consider as worthy. Instead of going backwards, try going forwards, starting with you yourself as a cryptocurrency user and adopter.

- are you interested in the project idea?
- will you ever use it as it was meant to be and not just hold it or trade it?
- will you be participating in their network and community?

If no to all above, move on.

:-*Excuse me, as a new member here, how should I distinguish between what is worthwhile airdrop projects.thank you!

I personally never participate in aidrops cause I haven't experienced any worthwhile ones. The organisation is usually a chaos aswell, but so far I have seen some aidropped coins do really well on exchanges such as Pearl (PRL) and PolyMath

I think it is hit and miss. You receive ERC-20 tokens with airdrops. Some have value while others are not worth the cost of exchanging.

You can distinguish by whether they are a coin or a token. If an airdrop of a token is happening, it is most probably worthless. But if you can get involved on airdrops for coins that is a different story. It is different because a coin with a blockchain has a lot more happening than a token, which can be created in 5 or 10 minutes time.

I don't really think that ''to find good ones'' is the most efficient way to deal with airdrops. The thorough analysis of the project is needed when you are going to participate in ICO because you will spend your own money.  If you will try to analyze and divide good airdrops you will spend a great amount of time. While analyzing one  you can fill up the forms for like 20 others. To fill up the form for airdrop is taking 1-3 minutes anyway. So don't waste your time finding good ones, just participate in more if you are going to do it.
