nope, depending on where you live because each country has its own rules, and for myself there is no such regulation in my country, but if needed I will do for my love cryptocurrency

In my country, too, there is still no law on crypto currencies. In any case, while I am changing small amounts of crypto currency for fiat money, for me this is not a problem. In the future, there may be a country in which there will be no taxation on the crypto currency.

I don't pay taxes,  from crypto/ico, as there is nothing to pay from yet. I haven't earned from cryptomarke/ico, but whenever I will earn, I would want to avoid paying them (taxes), I'd rather give thous money to people who need them, like charity sort of thing, as our government unfortunately corrupt! Anyway I think there will be a curtain level of income, where I wouldn't have a chance to avoid it and will eventually pay them (from crypto income)

Indeed, masses worried about the same problem to cashout their cryptocurrencies and pay taxes properly, but you can cashout in different ways so you can escape some of the taxes if we are talking for bigger amounts and as already mentioned it depends on country

So far, at the moment, I have not yet paid taxes on the profits received from crypto currencies. Firstly, the income is still very small, and secondly, in my country there are no laws regulating crypto currency. It is not clear even what can be called crypto currency, and what not. 

I have heard in some countries (for instance, Thailand), everybody, who gets some profit from cryptocurrencies will pay 7-15% taxes for it. As for me I cannot even guess how this crypto tax law can work.

Since at the moment - here in Europe - there is no clear legislation, I see no reason to worry. (especially as at this moment the earnings are very limited).
When governments will agree and make a decision, we'll decide what to do.

1. do you use accounting services?
2.if so, do you keep documentation of all traded or bought coins?
3. what do you do in cases of profit from ICO's

I think it depends on where you're from, so I'd research accordingly.

But I think most people gain enough profit to  be required to do their taxes for it.

I’m quite a short term in trading, before it was basically bounty campaigns, but I think that taxes are paid only by very large traders who receive profits of hundreds of thousands of dollars.

Yeah I always have to pay taxes for the trades that I made. So I try to hold my stuff for minimum one year, so I dont have to pay taxes for my trades and holdings! But you have to pick some good stuff, because scam dies within one year

No. So far i have not tried that. I think it is not imposed in my country yet in regard with cryptocurrency. Is anyone doing it here already? I heard canada is asking for taxes already in bitcoin.

Yes, I pay taxes for my crypto profits. Government is very strict here regarding this and has sent notices to people not paying taxes. I do not want to end up in jail after making money with crypto and not paying my taxes.
