Actually, Brexit doesn't need to exist. Why not? Because the British courts have something called Queen's Bench.

What is Queen's Bench? It's a place in the court system where a Brit can take any case he or she wants, and face off his accuser, person-to-person, using the jury as the judge. If a government official is accusing the person, in Queen's Bench there has to be damage done. If a government official messes with the person's property, the government official must show real damage. All of this has to be done person-to-person, not person-to-governmental-official. And the person has the right to drag the governmental official who is accusing him into Queen's Bench.

What is real damage? Real damage is where something was actually hurt, where somebody was actually injured. Stuff like accidentally walking on somebody's grass, and bending a few blades of grass doesn't count as damage. But uninvited coming onto the person's private property by the government man does. It's all about private property and real injury.

Any Brit can use Queen's Bench to stop paying direct taxes. Why? Because he can turn all court cases against him into Queen's Bench cases, and in QB, there has to be harm or damage shown. Your labor is your private property. Your earning from trading your labor for money makes the money your private property. If government tries to take your private property, take the government person accusing you to court at Queen's Bench, person-to-person - where he loses his government official status - for trying to swindle you out of your property. It's not you hurting anyone by not paying taxes. Rather, they are trying to hurt you by forcefully taking your property from you.

If all the Brexit people did this, government would fail for lack of funds.
