Seems you are new to this forum and are not familiar with the rules. You can yourself start posting from this particular account and promote your ICO and the bounty programs.

A hero member will not give you his account access for use or will not sell account to you because it's not legal in this forum. So you can hire a bounty campaign Manager for your work.

Required members to make the post on Ann thread and bump it forbidden request except in the campaigning as well. I am not sure how ask the people to share their accounts directly to promote your project.
For safer hand, hire the forum manager like aTriz or yahoo62278 to manage your campaign.
Their reputation is another positive thing for you to show your project among the forum member. Hope you do the right move.

1. You haven't mentioned the name of you campaign.
2. Why do you need hero member accounts?
3. You don't say how much Elycoins you will pay
4. Why would you pay in Elycoins if you are running your own campaign with your own coins
4. If this isn't a signature campaign, it sounds like a scam if you need hero members to promote your coin with mass topics.

Bitcointalk members are relatively smart compared to other forums. Nobody here is going to give you their account to use unless you offer a large escrow.

Giving someone an account to use it equivalent to buying that account. In such cases the buyer/seller and the escrow agent all are going to be tagged.

I think that mostly of you guys missunderstood what OP need. I think that he/she need Hero member just to post, their Bounty thread, something similar like I did for several ICO's. They will provide all content and hired member will have to start Bounty thread only. They don't want to buy account and they aren't asking to make posts in Bounty thread to get some tokens.
But you can do it yourself. You just need to buy Copper membership to be able to post images and have less restrictions. Or you can hire bounty campaign manager and he will do all things that needed.

OP, if you needed something posted then buy the copper member upgrade from the forum so you can post it yourself. If your project is legit then people will trust your project even without a hero member posting for you. There are a variety of ways you can make people trust your project and I would say that having a hero member post for you is the least effective among them.

OP used the word provide though. If that "provide" means by wearing their signature and not giving full accesss to a hero account then yeah there's nothing bad about it. Also the last sentence that says "We only need to have your account where we are allowed to post about us" sounds like OP wants to rent an account and have their community manager use it.

I don't expect that someone can come to a platform to get potential investors in his/her project without first understanding how the platform works and that is why something as simple as this could be missed by you that have landed your account in red.

A forum and a market like this relies on absolute honesty for a start and soliciting for an Hero account with the believe that its going to corner some more respect is misrepresentation to say the least and equally misleading. If you also had been following, you would realize that there is nothing wrong in being a newbie and with little payment you get the whole of the basic reason why you would need an Hero account.
