Youtoken team seems pretty complete. There are engineers as well as communication experts, economists, PR's. They will get the work done.


Yeah you need combination of both,as you need all those aspects for project to suceed,if you ignore just one aspect,it wont end up good.

And sometimes you need multiple talents in one person to get the job done as most startups can't afford bigger teams.

True,you need people that can do multiple stuff,not easy to hire someone for every litle thing,espeicially at the beginning when budget is usually problem.

It's normal that there will be bumps in the road if the team is juggling many different things at a time, but that's not so bad in the long run, no one will mind.

Smaller teams are always better in the beginning as there is less confusion as to who is doing what and IMO it's always good that people are versatile.

Thats true,smaller teams are usually more efficient.And definitely right approach at the beginning of the project.Later one its easier to add more people,if needed.

300 k is quite reachable and I think the team will hane no problem with that.
