The bug;
The windows 7, Internet Explorer 10 "DownloadWindowPlacement" registry entry is being Ignored, Causing All download windows to appear in the same, Unchangable location.
Please help me solve this issue,
i might even pay depending on difficulty of solving the issueI have tried to use Microsoft Support, But it is total garbage, it took me two hours to find a place to post my question only to be told that "sorry, you request couldn't be processed" Day after Day
