I guess there are a lot of others who are promoting similar Telegram ICO scams. Their websites do look very “real” and they must have spent a lot of time making their roadmaps and others look real. However, there’s no official announcement from Telegram, and it’s not endorsed by the official Telegram so be careful. This is probably a scam.
