I think that day trading is a good idea. You will receive a colossal experience if you trade constantly. If you are engaged in day trading, then you don't need to trade every day. If today the market is red and the situation for you is unknown, then you don't need to trade, wait until the situation becomes better. Maybe tomorrow or the day after tomorrow and maybe in a week the situation will become more understandable and you will be able to start trading again. Personally, I like day trading, it's exciting. I suggest that not to trade on a daily basis. If your not that good of a trader I may suggest you just trade maybe once a week.

day trading is effective when you give it all your time. you have to keep monitoring the market trend and value to know when to buy and sell. for day trading to be effective, the market value has to be on the increasing path. you buy low and sell high. a combination of skilled knowledge of the market and luck to beat others makes day trade effective. but you also need to have in mind that you won't get it right always so do not invest all you have at once.

It may be effective, if you usually make good deals instead of going after those bad ones that are destined to fail and make your investment go down the drain. However, the truth of the matter is, it's just so difficult to go after those good trades because it's just so difficult to ensure which coins would make it big and which ones won't. Also, the thing about day trading is the fact that you have to have a good variety of coins at your disposal and a considerably big amount of those to be able to aggressively trade. Having said, if a person would be diligent in this dealings, then it can be very enriching.

I can surely say, that holding will be a good infestation for many bitcoin holders, though with the small scale holders the price profiting is found high with day trading, because of the price difference which is happening in large scale in such a short period of time.

Based on my experience as an amateur day-trader, I can really say that day trading is effective. You just have to know on what exchange will you choose, I prefer Poloniex and Bittrex and check on Tradingview. And as a day-trader, you have to depend on the time lapse and you should check the market price change from time to time because that's where you can make profit if you understood and made your Technical Analysis correct. to be honest i prefer long term holder than day trading. day trading always has a risk, we cant judge which side the coin will be moving. or perhaps just choose top 10 coins for a trade.

The higher the profits involved, the higher the risk involved. As much as the profits to be earned in day trading is, if one can actually be doing perfected and skillful spot trading Analysis with good speculation of the coins involved despite the green market or even at red market, so also is it carrying one of the largest volume of risks, where one can negligently looses all capital sum invested. This mean to say extra cautiousness must be applied when doing Day Trading to achieve the desired results.

There is no doubt that a day trader of altcoins or bitcoins has to have some back up capital too in case of a significant decline of the value so that he woild be able touse hw recovery money on the next day.

Probably, if you hold Bitcoins, day trading is not the business you should choose. I would better say that day trading is good when you are dealing with altcoins.

I always prefer day trading other than long term trading. You can get profit daily, but other hand in long term you have to wait for your desire profit. It could be 1 week, 4week, 12week, 1year. On the other hand in day trading you could gain more profit in a week. For the profit you have to good skill on trading, otherwise you will loss your capital. A good trader know the exact time to buy and sell. It's all about knowledge
