Electricity in Egypt is very cheap. You pick a building under construction and apply for fixed electricity around 120 us dollars monthly no matter how much you consume, I will provide photos later.

I can only buy GPUS here. Currently i have those:

980ti   * 5
1080   * 2
1070   *1

More cards will be added soon. I plan to have 10 rigs

You should consider mining in Egypt guys. You can even install air conditioner which i already have two of them installed.

How much did it cost ?

3 rigs for now. The third one has only one gpu and will be continued.
around 12,000.00 $ till now.

All cards are with 3 fans working at 40 % till now. Temperature is below 70 c for gpus. in the next month i will start the air conditioning to keep it around this.

why egypt? there is something wrong in electricity here. If you have a building under construction ( It take many years for buildings here to be available for housing because the whole country is investing in real estate) you can apply for fixed electricity of 2150 EGP monthly no matter how much you consume.

I live in Egypt. But i found this flow in the system here. You can consume what you want for fixed price of 2150 EGP or around 150 $

Where do you put the equipment?  Does the builder give you a room also?  I can't imagine that someone constructing a building gives you space for free.

It will be okay if only few people do, problem will be if many in the same area or city start doing it. In china electricity was free in  some counties, reason why many Chinese could sell bitcoin cheaper than Europeans or Americans, same will happen to egypt and other places.

Congratulations!  What coins are you mining?  With an electrical rate that low you stand to make some excellent profit.  This may sound like a stupid question, but since they charge a flat-rate for electricity do they still use electrical meters to measure how much electricity you consume?

they measure electricity on living with meters. there is special case when you have the house under construction. I mine vertcoin. if you have any other coin profitable, please let me know

Fixed rate power bill for an under-construction building sounds nice but something like this might not last if more people will misuse it.
There's really something wrong with them, is their electric service provider private?

It is funny how things change due to greedy bastards over using electricity and creating farms and so on and telling everything to over-takers and then the overtakers having a reason to charge more for the electricity, many places in China electricity was free, now they charge a lot, Iceland used to have one of the lowest electricity price till bitcoin farmers went there, used to be $0.03 and now $0.11 and many other places. In the end who pays the oversuing of you mindless greedy bastards are the people. So rethink about your evil methods cause if not then one day you will be going through the same things you are doing to the people who have nothing to do with your greedy minds.

Now soon the Egyptian government will start beheading miners just like the Venezuela government.
