My first satoshi was in March, at $96/coin.
My first full bitcoin was very recently, topped it off by doing paid photo cropping.
Do post about your first bitcoin/satoshi?  Cheesy

I think I got my first bitcoin - BTC0,005 it was - from a faucet that required a Google authentication so you couldn't take the freebie more than once.

Well I started very late in 2010, so it wasn't too bad for me. Although like a lot of people, I now regret not investing more into Bitcoins, especially considering their worth now compared to back then.

My first transaction was with a Korean guy who financed his trade purchases from Korea with Bitcoin, ships stuff over to Philippines and sells it for local cash, then buys more bitcoin to pay his suppliers in Korea. Pretty neat use of BitCoin...however, he needed some cash quick for BitCoins, so that's where I snapped them up...

I am curious tho, at how many confirmations most people want to see on blockchain.info before they hand over cash - i was happy with 4, took about 10 to 15 minutes.

2011. Too bad I did not get a lot.
I know someone who, when I brought up bitcoin, said "Pfft. Bitcoin is so 2011"
He freaked out when he learned what had happened in April.
He didn't have any coins though D:

Well I started very late in 2010, so it wasn't too bad for me. Although like a lot of people, I now regret not investing more into Bitcoins, especially considering their worth now compared to back then.
Naturally I only decided to invest big in silver when it hit a 300 year high of $40/oz.  Cry

You technically only NEED one. Waiting for two isn't dumb, but to be safe most people do six.
Like, come on, nobody will ever get six blocks in a row.
