Hey, my activity was 84 350 posts, and 2 days (total time logged in)! When will this update?!?!?! I have had 350 posts, and its been 2 days (total time logged in) yet my activity is still staying at 84!?!?!

The way I understand it is that you have 498 posts, and 84 activity.
84/14=6. You have made posts within 6 different periods of 2 weeks.

84 is lower than 498, so it is used as your activity score. Your number of posts will not be used in the calculation.

I don't understand why you care?

There is nothing magical about "activity".  Having more of it doesn't really mean much.

There are a few reasons I care... First of all, I will be allowed to do more things in the services forum, and also I wont have to wait 28 seconds. The 28 seconds really doesnt get in the way, but if I send a pm, and then try to reply on a thread, it says I have to wait 28 seconds...

Nope, as far as I know it does not, but I expect it to... I have seen Jr members with 1 activity, but not have seen Sr members with less that 150 activity...

Ranks are based off of activity, there is a post that shows the exact cutoff, but posts don't factor into it directly.

Yes, activity > 1: junior member.
Then full member, and so on.


It also depends what is the time limit between posts

Answer: Activity will update every 30 min.

But as other people told you, it will be 84 for 2 weeks.

High number of posts doesnt matter now, all you need to progress is post once a day and wait
