I thinl that Ethereum much better than Litecoin and Ripple. It has confirmed by total market capitalisation of Ethereum and number of projects which create tokens in Ethereum network is huge.
Ethereum has smartcontracts and Vitalik Buterin with Vlad Zamfir, Litecoin has Charlee Lee, Ripple has nothing. Eth/Ltc imho.

In the first place I have an ethereum, because 95% of projects are built on it.
Litecoin is in second place, it's a good project, fast transactions, different services accept it for payment.
Ripple is in third place, it is used by banks, but I suspect that this is the collusion of bank cartels.

What is the best choice regarding investing in these coins? Lately I have sold my Ethereum and now I am waiting for the right moment to buy them again, but shall I also buy Ripple and Litecoin?

Well would highly recommend you to avoid buying litecoin or ripple, especially ripple though.

Yes prices have come down but one could argue that ripple well has no use case and as a centralized coin is really no better than a traditional bank. Any use case that it does have ( SWIFT 2.0 well would be rendered moot once traditional institution integrate blockhain technologies.)

As for Litecoin well its a decent bet and much better than ripple and has a pretty large community. That being said take a look at the historical prices and you will find that it has not given a better rate of return relative to BTC (from a satoshi pricing perspective). The five year chart will show you that even at its 380$ high in December, it was still giving you an almost 40% loss ona BTC basis compared to its SAT price during its 2013 high.

Ether though is a very good bet IMO

i never buy a ripple, many of my friends who buy ripple because many reviews that ripple very good and popular, of course they are interested. but after buying a ripple they complain because the ripple price tends to decline. the good thing about ripple is its sales team.

What is the best decision in regards to putting resources into these coins? Of late I have sold my Ethereum and now I am sitting tight for the correct minute to get them once more, however will I likewise purchase Ripple and Litecoin?

Ethererum, Ripple and Litecoin are all good. But between the three coins I chose Ethereum because Ethereum is the most stable and established coin. Ethereum can already be coupled with Bitcoin despite being the second coin after Bitcoin.

Ethereum is truly the best among this coins, but Ripple is not one to be consider for investing in it. Litecoin is good too and is great for diversifying your investments.

These three altcoins are one of the best and top listed altcoins out there and each of them are good investments to make. Both if I am to choose specifically one of them to invest in, I would rather choose ethereum, based on my intuitions and how well I have seen these coins operate.

If you want to choose only one coin - i suggest to stay in Ethereum.

If you can split your money, i would reccomend 60% ETH, 25% Litecoin, 15% Ripple.

In my opinion, 1 place is Ethereum, 2 is Litecoin, 3 is Ripple. I invested only in Ethereum and Litecoin. Today I have high hopes for Ethereum.

I think Ripple will be a better choice. This coin now has many practical businesses, and many banks and government departments cooperate with Ripple.

I would hold Ethereum because it has more chance to exist 10 years from now compared to Litecoin and Ripple. However,  your gains will be higher with XRP in a bull market. Litecoin is a great choice if you would like to diversify your crypto portfolio.

I also choose ethereum over litecoin and ripple and because ethereum is the best altcoin and i know that no other altcoins can able to beat ethereum and for me it is better to invest with ethereum because it can rise again it's price up to $1500.

Actually, 3 ETH, RIPPE and LTC alcohols have their own advantages. All comparisons are true to some degree. Each alcoin produced has its own effect. RIPPE with ultra-fast transaction speed, ETH is alcoin platform 2.0, and LTC is born like the silver coin of BTC.

I think I will choose Litecoin and Ethereum. I don't really have much trust on Ripple and its remaining billions of supply are allowed to be dumped monthly starting this year if I understand it correctly
