If you haven't already, try out some other P2P alternatives to LBC, I recommend Bisq since it's the only other one I've ever tried, only it is slightly more complicated than LBC and you need to have it open for the duration of trade.
Otherwise, there are so many others to choose from. Try those platforms that don't have trading markets - they tend to be focusing only on buying and exchanging crypto to fiat. I use BitPanda occassionally (when their rates are good) and their SEPA is processed and cleared within 1-2 business days.
BTW, why do you feel like you wouldn't want to use Localbitcoins again? That's the easiest way to get fiat out from BTC. The spreads/fees there shouldn't be more than 3-5%, if you verify yourself and create ads you can probably get the advantage of the spread/fee, even.
That's my question too. LocalBitcoins have always worked for me, I couldn't really say much about how their support could improve, given that it's really been far better than any other centralised exchange I've used (not that I've ever had to seriously rely on them). Concluded dozens of trades with satisfaction.
As timerland says, verify yourself and you actually get VERY good rates if you post your own ads.
