I saw someone selling for 8.75 or 8.5, but in general they do sell higher. However if someone just wants quick cash, I'm here. I doubt I'll get takers though.

There is a going rate for stuff, and lots of people who try to sell way above it and never sell.  Then there is the group that look for the buyers greed to scam them out of money by offering stuff below market value in exchange for BTC no (or fake) escrow.
